Auckland Representative Crew – 2025 Head Coach & Crew Manager EOIs

We’re calling for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the Head Coach and Crew Manager positions for the 2025 Auckland Representative Crew! If you're passionate about developing top talent and leading Auckland’s best paddlers, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Head Coach: Lead the team with your tailored training programs, manage the selection process with assistance from the ARC, and drive high-performance outcomes.
• Crew Manager: Oversee team administration, coordinate logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly on and off the water.
